Nexi Consulting was founded by Mark Emdin who brings over 20 years experience in organisation development, change management, team and large group facilitation. He has worked in and with complex, global corporate organisations across a diversity of functions including capital projects, consultancy and central functions (HR, IT etc).

Throughout Mark’s career he has worked with a range of leaders and executives at all levels: including the C-suite, operational teams and both internal and external multi-partner project teams. He is recognised for going beyond building rapport, but having an impact and activating people and teams to deliver today and grow for the future. He also brings practical, hands-on, end to end experience into your project, organisation or team.

Mark is also a Board member and former Chair of  Workplace Pride, an international platform for LGBTI+ workplace inclusion that has as its members global corporates, national and local governments, academia and civil society. He is often invited to speak on the topic of how workplaces can be more inclusive.
