Bringing in an external person into your organisation can be daunting and at times feel risky, especially if you have not worked with that individual before.  An “About Page” is not a substitute for a good getting to know you conversation so please feel free to set up an introductory call

In the meantime, below is a little about me! 

I founded Nexi Consulting in 2019 after an extensive corporate career. I have over 20 years of experience in organisation development and design, change management, team and large group facilitation. I’ve worked in and with complex, global corporate organisations across a diversity of functions including capital projects, consultancy, business and central functions.

Throughout my career I have worked with a range of leaders and executives at all levels: including the C-suite, operational teams and both internal and external multi-partner project teams. As a business partner and trusted adviser, I am often recognised for going beyond building rapport, but having an impact and activating people and teams to deliver today and grow for the future. I also bring practical, hands-on, end to end experience into your project, organisation or team.

And there is more to me than work. Having grown up in Australia, I moved to The Netherlands in 2000 for work, planning to stay for only 3 years. My plan to travel around Europe and then head home was only partially successful. I never made it back to Australia. Amsterdam is now home where I live with my husband who shares my enjoyment of travel and motorbikes.

Until recently I was Chair of the Board for Workplace Pride Foundation, a not for profit that is dedicated to improving the lives of Lesbians, Gays, Bisexuals, Transgenders, Intersex and Queer (LGBTIQ+) people in workplaces worldwide. I am immensely proud of what we achieved during my 6 year tenure as Chair and over 10 years on the Board. It is through that work that I really came to appreciate that deepening our collective understanding, together, is a key enabler for mutual support and strength.
