Welcome to the Intertrust Momentum Programme Coaching Page.

I am very much looking forward to working with you during your Momentum leadership journey. The three coaching sessions are an integral part of your overall Momentum experience and provide an opportunity for you to reflect and explore your leadership development goals.

Beforehand, each participant will be asked to complete the Hogan Leadership Forecast series (LFI) which will provide you with a complete understanding of your performance capabilities, challenges, and underlying motivators. Together we will review this during the 1st coaching session, and start thinking about your leadership development goals. In total it will take about 45-minutes to complete all aspects of the LFI. You can read more about each element of the LFI below

Please use this link to book your 1st coaching session after you have completed the Hogan assessment. You will need to go into the system and make your booking at least two days before our session. The coaching sessions need to take place at the latest by the end of November, and ideally earlier.

Hogan Personality Inventory
The Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI) describes normal, or bright-side personality – qualities that describe how we relate to others when we are at our best.

 

Hogan Development Survey
The Hogan Development Survey (HDS) describes the dark side of personality – qualities that emerge in times of increased strain and can disrupt relationships, damage reputations, and derail peoples’ chances of success. By assessing dark-side personality, you can recognize and mitigate performance risks before they become a problem.

 

Motives, Values, Preferences Inventory
The Motives, Values, Preferences Inventory (MVPI) describes personality from the inside – the core goals, values, drivers, and interests that determine what we desire and strive to attain. By assessing values, you can understand what motivates you to succeed, in what type of position, and in what environments you will be the most productive.

Before we begin, please make sure that you have read, signed and returned to me our coaching agreement.
